What is Compassionate Communication?

Diana Kendros, founder, coach and executive director of the Hope for Life Organization teaches about Compassionate Communication and how it is based on the principles of nonviolence, the natural state of compassion when no violence is present in the heart.  The information is based on the communication process developed by the late Marshall Rosenberg and the Center of Non-Violent Communication.

Read Diana's bio here

Resentment, fear, anger and unmet needs are some of the main factors in feeling a lack of compassion and conflict in communication.  People who learn and practice Compassionate Communication have found greater authenticity in their communication, increased understanding, deepening connection and conflict resolution.

Diana will give a range of communication examples which show the dramatic difference in how we listen and respond, include real life situations, demonstrate role playing and engage in open discussion.

Participants receive a Communication Toolkit upon completion of the workshop.

Great for parents, couples, managers, team leaders and anyone who wants to

improve their communication lifestyle.
