See What People Are Saying

"This presentation is incredible!  Diana's extensive communication skills go beyond anything I've ever experienced or learned.

She is deeply knowledgable, caring and an excellent coach."

Compassionate Communication Workshop

Diana teaches about Compassionate Communication and how it is based on the principles of nonviolence, the natural state of compassion when no violence is present in the heart. Resentment, fear, anger and unmet needs are some of the main factors in feeling a lack of compassion and conflict in communication.

People who learn and practice Compassionate Communication have found greater authenticity in their communication, increased understanding, deepening connection and conflict resolution.

Diana will give a range of communication examples which show the dramatic difference in how we listen and respond, include real life situations, demonstrate role playing and engage in open discussion.

Participants will receive a Communications Toolkit.

Bullying;

Social Epidemic & Consequences

In this presentation, Diana shares the story of her son's years of being bullied and how it escalated into a tragic incident that caused the onset of a severe mental illness. She teaches what she learned as a parent to help her child and family survive this tragedy and ultimately recover and regain balance.

Two short videos will be shown, one from her son sharing his journey to recovery and inspires others to get help and support. The second video is from a family friend and her observations about Diana's nine year passage with her son and the strategies she learned and used to help him.

The complete family story of their journey is written in two book anthologies, Ready, Aim, Thrive and Messages that Matter, which are available for purchase and book signing at the presentation. Click here for our books
